Meditation
Through meditation, we can attain stillness of body and mind. Our dedicated mediation room is always open to enjoy a mindful break or a moment of silence and introspection. We also provide meditation classes, during which various techniques will be used to teach you how to be more present and in the moment.

Mindfulness
One hour dedicated entirely to yourself! One hour to stop thinking of all your daily activities, chores, and worries. Instead, focusing on the present, and observing your thoughts and feelings. Becoming more aware of yourself, in the here and now.
